KLoBot, Inc. (“KLoBot”) is looking for a Full Stack Developer in Newark, NJ, for full-time employment only (www.klobot.ai). Potential candidates should be local (or ready to move) to the tri-state area and willing to commute 2-3 days per week to Newark, NJ, for work (100% remote work available for qualified candidates). All shortlisted candidates will need to go through one phone interview with one of our Microsoft Valuable Professionals and one in-person interview. The Full Stack Developer will build modern cloud, AI, and data-driven applications using .NET Core, Node.js, Python, TypeScript, React/Angular, and Azure services, with substantial experience in LLM/Generative AI integrations, MongoDB, and Power Platform.

Major responsibilities include:

  • Design and build full-stack solutions using .NET Core APIs, React/Angular, and modern cloud-native architectures.
  • Develop AI-driven applications and agents using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, and related LLM frameworks.
  • Build chatbot workflows, vector searches, prompt engineering pipelines, embeddings, retrieval augmentation, and agentic workflows.
  • Participate in requirement workshops with stakeholders and transform business needs into technical solutions.
  • Prepare technical designs, architecture diagrams, and implementation plans.
  • Collaborate with offshore/onshore teams and participate in peer reviews and QA cycles.
  • Build enterprise dashboards using Power BI and manage datasets in Microsoft Fabric.
  • Integrate solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, SharePoint Online, SQL, and NoSQL systems.
  • Build Power Automate flows and Power Apps solutions to automate enterprise processes.

Skills required:

  • Strong proficiency with TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), React, Angular, and modern front-end tooling.
  • Excellent .NET Core / .NET 6+ Web API development experience.
  • Python programming experience for backend automation, AI workflows, and data processing.
  • Expert-level knowledge of MongoDB and NoSQL design (indexes, schemas, clustering, security).
  • Strong experience with Azure App Service, Virtual Networks, VPNs, Identity (Entra ID), and Azure security best practices.
  • Experience developing solutions with LLMs, including RAG patterns, vector stores, prompt design, and AI agent development.
  • Strong SQL skills for relational modelling, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with Power BI Dashboard Design and Microsoft Fabric.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Understanding of microservices, REST APIs, and API integration patterns.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience integrating with major SaaS platforms (Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365).
  • Experience working with distributed international teams.
  • Knowledge of legal industry processes is a plus.
  • Microsoft certifications (Azure, Power Platform, Developer) are a plus.
