Enterprise Sales Executive

KLoBot Inc. (“KLoBot”) is seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive for full-time employment (www.klobot.ai).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the organization as the customer experience and sales executive personnel.
  • Direct reporting to the Director of Customer Experience.
  • Directly responsible for driving the Annual Recurring Revenue Growth by a minimum of 20% Year-over-Year via adding new net revenue to KLoBot equal to $1m annual recurring revenue (“ARR”) during the first year of employment, $2m for the following year, and $3m the year after.
  • Participate in design, marketing, promotion, and sales of KLoBot software products like KLapper (www.klapper.ai) , netDocShare (www.netdocshare.com) , and imDocShare (www.imdocshare.com) .
  • Responsible for bringing new business through deep connections in the Legal Industry.
  • Provide a professional public presence on behalf of the company at key industry events.

Key Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a Customer Experience / Sales Hunter capacity managing sales, marketing, and customer experience areas at least $2m annual recurring revenue business.
  • Strong Am Law C-Title connections (“deep” personal connections at Senior leadership or COO level at Am Law firms) are required.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Legal & Professional Services industry and market conditions.
  • Extensive Technical knowledge of SharePoint, Generative AI, Microsoft 365 Services (like Teams, Planner, Viva Engage, etc.), and Microsoft Azure.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong public presence and professional image.
  • Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Be open to working Flexible long hours as required.

Other “Nice to Have” Skills:

  • Hands-on Knowledge of OpenAI (ChatGPT), Microsoft Cloud, and related Legal Technology trends, especially Microsoft Azure OpenAI Services
  • Participate in pre-sales, sales, and post-sales delivery of enterprise SharePoint projects or Gen AI products at Am Law 100 firms.
  • Experience working with GenAI-powered products integrated with leading Legal DMS platforms like NetDocuments and iManage.
  • Good Knowledge of SharePoint 2019 / Online, Microsoft Power Platform, and related Microsoft 365 services.
  • Familiar with Am Law systems and applications.
  • Industry Certifications related to Technology, Project Management, or Legal Industry.
